Seller Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 2026
1. Scope
This document sets out the commercial terms that apply specifically to businesses ("Sellers") selling products through Glitze — in particular, fees, payments, and payouts. It supplements, and should be read together with, our general Terms of Service. Where the two conflict on commercial matters (fees, payouts, disputes), this document governs.
2. Transaction Fee
Glitze charges a transaction fee of 2% of the order value on every completed order placed through your Glitze storefront (web or WhatsApp catalog) and paid for online.
- An order is "completed" once payment for it has been successfully captured.
- The 2% fee is calculated on the order's total value (the amount actually paid by the customer), not on the catalog/list price.
- The fee is deducted automatically at payout — you receive the net amount (order value minus the 2% fee) for each completed order.
- Orders that are cancelled before payment, or for which payment is never collected (e.g. cash-on-delivery / pay-later orders you arrange directly with the customer), are not subject to this fee.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
If a completed order is later refunded in full, the 2% transaction fee charged on that order is also refunded to you — you are not charged a fee on an order the customer didn't ultimately pay for. Partial refunds are fee-adjusted proportionally. Refunds are processed by Glitze on your instruction; you remain responsible for deciding when a refund is appropriate.
4. Payouts
Glitze collects customer payments on your behalf and periodically pays out the net amount (gross order value minus the 2% transaction fee) to your registered bank account. Each payout includes a statement showing every order in that payout, its gross amount, the fee deducted, and the net amount paid — visible from your dashboard.
Payout frequency and minimum payout amounts may be set by Glitze and communicated to you; we aim to process payouts promptly but do not guarantee a fixed schedule while payouts are processed manually by the Glitze team.
5. Fee Changes
Glitze may change the transaction fee or introduce new fees in the future. Any change will be communicated to you in advance via the dashboard or email, and will apply only to orders placed after the change takes effect — never retroactively to orders already completed.
6. Payment Disputes
If you believe a fee was deducted in error, or you have any dispute regarding a payout, contact us through the Support section of your dashboard with the relevant order or payout reference. We will investigate and respond with a resolution. Money disputes are tracked and resolved the same way as any other support issue, so there's a clear record from when it's raised to when it's resolved.
7. Acceptance
By accepting Glitze's Terms of Service during signup or by continuing to use Glitze to sell products, you also accept these Seller Terms & Conditions, including the transaction fee described above.
